What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers the labour our team provides on every job. These are the four things included:

  • Labour by a Plumber Belair technician. All workmanship performed by our licensed plumbers across the four primary services and their sub-services.
  • Plumbing, drain, and gas workmanship. All plumbing, drain relining, gas fitting, and hot water installation work performed by our team.
  • Labour-related repairs caused by our installation. No charge for return visits and labour costs to fix workmanship faults. If we did it wrong, we fix it for free.
  • No fine print, no runaround. We assess the concern promptly and book a technician if needed. No unnecessary delays, no hidden fees on warranty claims.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

A workmanship warranty cannot fairly cover issues caused after we leave the job. These four things sit outside the warranty:

  • Misuse, third-party damage, or lack of maintenance. Damage caused after the job by misuse, third parties, or failure to maintain the system is not covered.
  • Natural wear and tear. Fixtures, pipes, and systems naturally degrade over time. Wear and tear is not a workmanship fault and is not covered.
  • Product or part failure. Manufacturer faults are covered by the product's own warranty, not ours. We will help you claim against the manufacturer.
  • Work carried out by others after our job. If another plumber, tradie, or DIYer has altered the system after we left, the warranty no longer applies to that area.
